Dear friends,
Good Evening. Expected a gap down/-ve bias open but it opened flat and went higher for some period and the hourly readings given +ve crossover for 2 hrs and bcoz of lacking momentum to push higher, it came down forced to -ve crossover lead to fast fall and triggered shorts at 5DLEMA (5190 as expected-rewarded almost 35 pts) and y bulls managed to close flat. Hourly is not encouraging for bears.

MACD: 5185.38. If Close above 5185.38, then reversal possible. Still in diverging from (-18.92 to -19.66), downward momentum slowed.

Today nifty expiry ended unexpected than usual furious one. Expected Hourly will give bullish crossover and move higher suddenly drifted down and it is still in diverging till the end. As hourly is in already in bearish crossover with expanding mode and closed below 5DLEMA, means extremely bearish. Also diff b/w Daily MA are in diverging mode. Tomorrow I am expecting a probability of gap down/negative bias keeping in mind the above all conditions.

Intraday:

Bull side:

Condition: 5H-EMA>10H-EMA, & Price >5DLEMA

1. Buy on all declines to 5DLEMA or 5DEMA whichever applicable with SL 10DEMA (if price>5DEMA) or with SL 5DLEMA-20pts (if price>5DLEMA) for targets to 5DHEMA or higher.

2. If price > 5DHEMA, then momentum in place. Hold long positions.

3. Watch hourly 5H-EMA and 10H-EMA closely if 5H-EMA>10H-EMA, the moment price difference (5H-EMA to 10H-EMA) converges, exit intraday longs.

4. If diff b/w 5H-EMA to 10H-EMA converges in the first hour & diverges immediately in the second hour, take long positions to dips to 10H-EMA/5H-HEMA.

Bear side:

Condition: 5H-EMA<10H-EMA, & Price <5DHEMA

1. Sell on all raises to 5DHEMA or 5DEMA whichever applicable with SL 10DEMA (if price<5DEMA) or with SL 5DHEMA+20pts (if price<5DHEMA) for targets to 5DLEMA or lower.

2. If price < 5DLEMA, then momentum in place. Hold short positions.

3. Watch hourly 5H-EMA and 10H-EMA closely if 5H-EMA<10H-EMA, the moment price difference (5H-EMA to 10H-EMA) converges, exit intraday shorts.
